Using a smartphone

• download MyChart app (see red envelope logo with white heart)
• select “PPOC” (Preferred Physicians of Children’s) as service area
• login with username and password

Using a computer

• go to Briarpatchpedi.com
• click on the central link to MyChart
• scroll down on the MyChart information page and follow the blue bolded link at the bottom to reach the login screen

Via email

• open emailed link to access main MyChart login page
• select “Sign Up Now”
• input activation code, your date of birth, zip code, and email address
• choose username, password, and security question
